Big Block Realty North provides onboarding to help you not only learn all of our systems/tech stack from a user standpoint, but how to leverage our in office support to best support your business. As a Big Block Realty North agent, youll have access to on demand training/coaching to ensure that you stay sharp and are always improving your game.

Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Self-determined schedule
Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
Commission pay
